Showcasing New York ingredients, Strong Rope Brewery proudly brews and serves handcrafted ales & lagers. We look to explore the capabilities of our regional malt and hops while working directly with our farming partners and the land. As a New York state farm brewery, we strive to create beers with intention and care and give our ales and lagers a true sense of place. Established in 2015, Strong Rope Brewery is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Jason Sahler and Christina Quintero. As a family-run business, we support other local producers by serving New York state wine, cider, and spirits. Visit us at our Brooklyn locations (in Red Hook & Gowanus) and seasonally in the Adirondacks.
